Returns

Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of receiving their order.

Devices must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Faulty Devices

If a device is found to be faulty and the fault falls within the warranty terms, NN ZarBro Restore will repair or replace the device at its discretion.

Cash refunds will not be provided for faulty devices.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:

Physical damage caused after delivery.

Water damage.
-
Software-related issues caused by the customer.

Devices repaired or altered by unauthorized third parties.

Change-of-mind purchases.
Refunds

Refunds are generally not offered once a device has been delivered and accepted by the customer.

Where a refund is approved due to exceptional circumstances, it will be processed using the original payment method.
Replacement Policy

Where a replacement is approved, a device of the same model and similar condition will be provided, subject to stock availability.
