Products

• We sell pre-owned and refurbished mobile phones and accessories.

• Product descriptions, specifications, battery health, and condition are provided as accurately as possible.

• Minor cosmetic wear may be present on pre-owned devices unless stated otherwise.

Orders and Payments

• Full payment must be received before an order is processed and shipped.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock availability, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Warranty and Faulty Devices

• Devices sold with a warranty are covered only for faults not caused by physical damage, water damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

• If a device develops a qualifying fault during the warranty period, NN ZarBro Restore will inspect the device and either repair or replace it.

• No cash refunds will be issued for faulty devices.

Limitation of Liability

• Customers are responsible for backing up their personal data before sending devices for repair, replacement, or warranty assessment.
